Why We Started Olive Tide

After years in professional kitchens, we noticed a gap. Most cooking classes focus on entertainment rather than education. Students would leave with a meal but not with transferable skills.

We wanted to create something different. A place where technique matters. Where understanding the why behind cooking methods gives you freedom in the kitchen.
